Portobello Chicken Sausage Confab ...

This dish is unbelievably easy, and unbelievably delicious!

     3 artichoke-chicken sausages
     2 white potatoes
     2 large fresh portobello mushrooms
     1/2 green pepper
     1/2 red onion
     1 large floret of broccoli
     1 large carrot - peeled
     1 large zucchini
     1 tsp. garlic powder
     1 can mushroom soup

*   Get out the largest microwave bowl in the cupboard.
*   Chop the sausages into 1" lengths.
*   Chop all veggies (except broccoli) into 1" chunks.
*   Throw all sausage and veggies into the bowl.
*   Chop the broccoli into fine pieces & add to the mix.
*   Open the can of soup & ladle it all into the bowl.
*   Blend everything with a large spoon until fully coated.
*   Cover the bowl and put it into the microwave.
*   Microwave for 12 minutes on the highest power setting.
*   Open the bowl carefully (steam!) & check potatoes.
*   If not quite tender, microwave for another 2 minutes.
*   Remove the bowl & let it set for 5 minutes.

Best served in individual bowls with a Great Chilled White & a Loaf of Sourdough fresh from the Bakery!
